3. Cancellation Policy

4. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your tour to a different date:

• Contact us at least 48 hours in advance
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• No additional fees apply if rescheduling is made within the acceptable timeframe
• Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to cancellation

5. Age Restrictions & Parental Consent

Our tours cover mature historical content including crimes, violence, and adult themes. While families with children aged 10+ are welcome:

• Parents/guardians are responsible for determining if the content is appropriate for their children
• The Company is not responsible for any distress caused by tour content
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times

6. Physical Requirements & Accessibility

Our tours involve:

• Walking 3-5 km depending on the tour
• Walking on uneven terrain and historic Roman streets
• Climbing stairs
• Standing for extended periods

Customers with mobility concerns, disabilities, or health conditions should contact us in advance at +39 329 6363637 to discuss accessibility. The Company is not liable if a customer is unable to complete a tour due to unforeseen physical limitations.

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Arrive 10-15 minutes early at the meeting point
• Wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate clothing for the season
• Bring water and sunscreen as needed
• Follow all instructions from the tour guide
• Comply with all Italian laws and local regulations
• Behave respectfully toward other participants and the guide
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

8. Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel a tour in the following situations:

• Severe Weather: Extreme heat, heavy rain, or dangerous conditions
• Safety Concerns: Unexpected security issues or safety hazards

• Your booking is considered a no-show
• No refund will be issued
• The full tour price is forfeited

11. Photography & Content Rights

The Company may photograph or video record tour participants for marketing purposes. By booking, you consent to:

If you prefer not to be photographed, inform the guide at the start of the tour.
